We are currently unable to ship with UPS, so all items are shipping USPS. There are no expedited options at this time due to the volume of orders, but we will be reintroducing second day air and next day shipping shortly. The rate reflected at checkout will read "UPS" however it is "USPS".
Order Processing and Delivery time
Once your order is received it can take 7-14 business days to process prior to shipping. Then we add to that your delivery option for transit time. Because we have so many variations of shapewear and 7 sizes, a lot of our more intricate pieces are custom made exactly to your liking. This takes a bit of extra time. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received, as well as an email once the order is shipped if it goes beyond our usual processing time. If your item is out of stock, we will also send you a note telling you the approximate shipping date of the order. Due to the high volume of orders we get, it is possible you may experience a delay during processing time.
International Shipping
Please send an email through the contact us page, selecting "International Shipping" to pay discounted rates to Europe, Asia, and Austrailia.
We can not deliver to Post Office Boxes at this time.
If you are completely unsatisfied, you may send your return within 7 days of receipt to:
- Place unworn garment in appropriate mailer
- Mail to: Jax & Jewels, Attn : Returns, 2320 Sandy Walk Way, Odenton MD 21113
- Return processing can take up to 2 weeks
- It takes 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to post to your credit card once your return is processed.
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery as marked by UPS record for another size. Items can not show evidence of wear. Follow these steps to exchange:
- Place unworn garment in an appropriate mailer (unworn besides trying item on)
- Include a note with the size, color, and style you need, also include your mailing address, name, and email address.
- Mail to: Jax & Jewels, Attn : EXCHANGES, 2320 Sandy Walk Way, Odenton MD 21113
- *Please mark EXCHANGES on your package*
- Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of our warehouse receiving your item.
- Used Merchandise cannot be returned.
Wholesale Orders
All Wholesale Orders are custom orders, meaning when you place one we are not pulling from inventory but making your order just for your store. Your credit card is authorized through our online merchant at the time of your order to verify you can cover the cost pertaining to that order. Because we use an online merchant some authorizations may come up as an actual charge while others may drop off later. We have no way of knowing on our end, but rest assured if your authorization posts to your credit card as a charge, you will not be charged again.
Wholesale orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the discounted pricing, and the custom ordering process for each boutiques needs we do not refund wholesale purchases. You can only return and get credit back to your card should a product be defective (i.e. torn, stained, etc). You may however exchange within 30 Days of purchase other styles or sizes if need be. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 60 days of our receiving and processing your returned product. That is within 2 billing cycles.
